Art of REPAIR Relational Play Lab

What if learning how to navigate conflict didn’t feel heavy… but actually felt alive, engaging, and even fun?

The Art of REPAIR is a 6-step framework that helps you move from disconnection to reconnection with clarity, skill, and integrity.

This 2.5-hour immersive playshop is a relational gym where you will practice these skills through interactive games, guided connection exercises, and real-time relational experiments. Instead of talking about communication, you will get it in your body.

We will move through all six steps together. Resourcing, Empathy, Permission, Acknowledgment, Impact, and Restore Integrity. Not as a lecture, but as lived experience.

Expect laughter, insight, meaningful connection, and a few moments where you realize, “Oh… this is what I’ve been missing.”

Come as you are. Leave with tools you can actually use when things get messy. Because they will. And now you will know what to do.
